I started my research Career as a research scholar in Micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) group at the Dept. of EEE at IIT Guwahati from July 2010. I do research on the modelling, simulation and fabrication of piezoelectric sensors and actuators, piezoelectric devices, Ultrasonic actuators, and Surface acoustic wave devices. Mainly I have research Intrest in MEMS/NEMS, Sensors and actuators, IoT, Piezoelectric Devices.
